Salad was getting boring, so I tackled making Kale Chips! It’s wicked easy and YOU should try it!
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale. Spray kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
- Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
I found that they do NOT taste good unless they are completely crispy. If they are even a little “wilty” put them back in for a few minutes, but watch them!!
I also added some garlic powder to some of them.
