Kale Chips!

Salad was getting boring, so I tackled making Kale Chips!┬áIt’s wicked easy and YOU should try it!


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale. Spray kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
  3. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.

I found that they do NOT taste good unless they are completely crispy. If they are even a little “wilty” put them back in for a few minutes, but watch them!!
I also added some garlic powder to some of them.
